How it works in production
EdgeGate X1 sits beside the controller and handles the messy part of industrial integration: protocol translation, time-stamping, buffering during network loss and local rule execution.
Configuration is declarative. Engineers map tags once in FlowOS, publish the profile to every gateway in the plant, and keep a version history for audits.
With 512 GB of onboard storage and an offline rule engine, production continues to run and data keeps landing in the buffer when the uplink drops.
